Initial meeting to describe the process, get orientation on prospective client business, determine willingness to proceed and describe the steps in process.

Second meeting with client to review a completed Situation Analysis and schedule the Planning Session.

Plan Session

Full day. Will select, prioritize and plan achievement of 2 to 3 objectives. The session will determine action plans, timelines, measurement criteria and assign accountability.

Post Session Review

Review of progress against plan, make modifications as appropriate.


 

Planning Session

Each planning session is done at client's choice. Off-location site is recommended

 

During the Planning Session participants will select and prioritize two to three major objectives, develop action plans.

*Please note that this event is casual attire. Refreshments and a lunch break will be provided by client.
